Accounts and verification
You must provide accurate information. Business accounts may require organisation verification before certain badges or capabilities are enabled. You are responsible for activity under your credentials.
Listings and inquiries
Listings and offers may be moderated. Inquiries and replies are exchanged inside the platform. Off-platform deals remain between the users involved.
Prohibited use
No fraud, scraping that harms the service, malware, fake inventory, or infringement of third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Fees
Core marketplace access may be free during the launch phase. Paid plans or commissions will be communicated before they apply.
Liability and law
The platform is provided as available. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by mandatory law. The laws of the Republic of Bulgaria apply; venue is — where permitted — Varna, Bulgaria.
